Banglobal is a partner for the Structuring, Intermediation, placement, and financing of financial instruments on Chile’s Product Exchange, and on any other market or intermediation platform authorized by the Financial Market Commission (CMF).

Track record

Founded in 2012, the company owes its name to its predecessor, Banglobal Corredores de Bolsa, which carried out transactions on the Chilean Securities Market between 2012 and 2018. Banglobal has since continued its operations without interruption in the Chilean Capital Market, as well as in the debt market in Peru.

Banglobal has structured transactions with national and international institutional investors based in England, Germany, Switzerland, and Panama, among others.
